VIA / BAPA - a reception programme for new arrivals in Brussels
Brussels region is at the heart of major migration flows. With a reception office, adapted to the specific needs of the newcomers, the city of Brussels and municipality Schaerbeek developed a successful programme of migrant integration. First steps in the new city are important, and they need to address specific needs in terms of housing, education, health and social services, language courses. IncluCities is presenting VIA / BAPA reception centre as an example of good practice in integration of new arrivals.
