Saint-Jean-de-la-Ruelle and the City of Brussels
Despite IncluCities partners couldn't meet in France, the first virtual study visit between Saint Jean de la Ruelle and City of Brussels took place on 3 and 4 May. Two days of listening and learning about the situation of migrants and their integration in Saint-Jean-de-la-Ruelle.
Participants and local support network from Saint-Jean-de-la-Ruelle, the French association of local and regional governments AFCCRE, the mentor City of Brussels and BRULOCALIS discussed the following topics:
- Migrants access to basic services and healthcare,
- employment,
- accommodation,
- active participation in local life,
- place of women and gender-related issues.
