Fuenlabrada is one of the pioneer cities in social integration and the fight against discrimination.
The anti-rumours program started in Fuenlabrada in 2013 and has been since included in various projects. The animated video "Everything started unintentionally" is an example of good practices in tackling discrimination. Designed within the anti-rumours program and launched by the public department of social affairs, it tries to teach children the value of truth and how to spread positive values and not false harmful rumours about members of the community.
